Special Education Linking Familes (SELF) This site is a joint collaboration between the Special Education Committee of the Capistrano Unified Council of PTSA's and the Capistrano Community Advisory Committee.  Their purpose is to provide information and resources to the special education parents of Capistrano Unified School District and all other persons interested in special education topics.
